• Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume (during new drops), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days across India.

  • Express Shipping: (If available) Delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

• Damages & Issues

  • GRAHITE is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

  • Please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
