Return & Exchange Policy

At GRAHITE, we prioritize quality and customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:

  • Return Policy

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

    • A return fee of ₹100 is applicable, which will be deducted from your store credit.

    • Once the returned item is received and passes a quality check, the balance will be issued as Store Credit.

    • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods (Bank/UPI).

  • Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges are available for a flat charge of ₹250 (applicable for size changes or product swaps).

    • The exchange process typically takes 10-12 business days from the date of pickup.

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

    • No cash refunds are provided for exchanged items.

  • General Terms & Conditions

    • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

    • GRAHITE reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the product fails our quality standards.

    • Store Credits are non-refundable and valid for 6 MONTHS from the date of issue.

    • Store credits can only be used for future purchases on our official store.

  • Damaged or Wrong Products

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we provide a FREE EXCHANGE.

    • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

    • The replacement will be shipped only after we receive and verify the incorrect/damaged product.
