Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

A return fee of ₹100 is applicable, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Once the returned item is received and passes a quality check, the balance will be issued as Store Credit.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods (Bank/UPI).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for a flat charge of ₹250 (applicable for size changes or product swaps).

The exchange process typically takes 10-12 business days from the date of pickup.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

No cash refunds are provided for exchanged items.

General Terms & Conditions

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

GRAHITE reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the product fails our quality standards.

Store Credits are non-refundable and valid for 6 MONTHS from the date of issue.

Store credits can only be used for future purchases on our official store.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we provide a FREE EXCHANGE.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

The replacement will be shipped only after we receive and verify the incorrect/damaged product.
